Shine Art Academy - Terms and Conditions

1. Use of Student Information and Media

Shine Art Academy may publish photographs, sound and visual recordings, artwork, and expressions of opinion created by your child for the purposes of:

 

• Sharing their experiences with other students,

• Informing the school and broader community about school/visual art classes and student activities, and

• Recording student participation in noteworthy projects, such as Art Competitions and Art Awards.

 

This information may include your child’s name, age, class, and other materials collected during classes.

 

The platforms where your child’s information may be published include, but are not limited to:

• Public Websites: Shine Art Academy, Connells Point Public School, Hurstville Public School, and Hurstville Adventist School websites, blogs, and wikis.

Publications: Newsletters, annual magazines, reports, and promotional materials published both in print and electronically by Shine Art Academy, Connells Point Public School, Hurstville Public School, and Hurstville Adventist School.

Social Media Accounts: Official social media channels managed by Shine Art Academy, Connells Point Public School, Hurstville Public School, and Hurstville Adventist School on platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and WeChat.

 

2. Absence and Credit Policy

We do not offer make-up classes or refunds if a student misses a lesson due to absence. However, if a student is enrolled for the full term, we provide one (1) credit per student for their absence, which can be applied to future lessons.
